REFUNDS
As a consumer you are protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and we offer refunds and returns under certain conditions:
You MAY be entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:
• Faulty
• Wrongly described
• Different from a sample shown to you; or
• Do not do what they are supposed to do
You MAY NOT be entitled to a replacement, credit or refund as follows:
• Once you have accepted and collected your goods from the VelectriX Authorised Stockist.
• Change of mind.
Should a fault occur, after accepting and collecting your goods from the VelectriX Authorised Stockist, your goods will be covered by our WARRANTY and dealt with by VelectriX and the Authorised Stockist where you collected your goods from.
Should the Refund be approved by VelectriX. The follow will take place:
• Refund or exchange items must be in new condition- unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned to the VelectriX Authorised Dealer/Stockist where the item was originally collected. Funds may take up to 5-10 business days to clear after processing depending on the payment method and the financial institution.
• Refunds may exclude any shipping or delivery fees.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Products with obvious signs of use.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
