All products will be sent from either our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast warehouse and may be part shipped from both locations.
VelectriX does not deliver eBikes directly to consumers. All eBikes ordered on our website will be delivered to a VelectriX Authorised Stockist, selected by you, and will be unpacked, fully assembled and test ridden, ready for you to collect. eBikes will be dispatched from our warehouse, within 5 working days from the date your order is completed. And will be ready to collect from the VelectriX Authorised Stockist, no longer than 5 working days from the date the bike is received at the VelectriX Authorised Stockist.
All costs, including shipping costs, will be calculated and disclosed as part of the online buying process and will be based on:
• The product you select
• The number of products you select
• The location of the VelectriX Authorised Stockist you select.
For eBike orders, you will NOT be sent tracking details, instead you will be notified by the VelectriX Authorised Stockist, when the bike is ready to collect.
eBike orders will be insured for loss or damage in transit, by VelectriX, from the time of dispatch from a VelectriX warehouse location, to the time that the order is delivered and received at the VelectriX Authorised Stockist.
Parts & Accessories
Parts & accessories can be sent directly to consumers and will usually be dispatched within 48 hours, after your order has been placed. On occasion and due to high demand this may increase to 5 business days (or more) after your order has been placed. Our warehouse team processes orders as fast as possible and in these times we ask for your patience.
If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch ETA times (as referenced above) will begin from the next working day.
Shipping of parts & accessories in “small parcels” will be at $14.95, Australia wide using tracked services of Australia Post. We also offer Express Shipping for an additional fee of $6.00 on parts, accessories for “small parcels”.
For “bulky items” it may be necessary for a freight partners, other than Australia Post. For “Bulky items” you may need to contact VelectriX to obtain a shipping quote and in some cases, dependent on the size of the items and the delivery area, it may not be possible to deliver “bulky items” to PO Boxes.
Parts & accessories ordered will NOT be insured for loss or damage in transit.
Shipping timeframes are at the mercy of the freight companies and VelectriX cannot be held responsible for any delays with delivery.
