VelectriX offers FREE delivery for any product purchased directly from VelectriX.
eBike Delivery
VelectriX do not deliver eBikes directly to consumers. All eBikes, will be delivered to a VelectriX Stockist, selected by you as part of the check-out process, and will be unpacked, professionally assembled and test ridden, ready for you to collect.
Parts & Accessory Delivery
VelectriX parts & accessories are kept at a different warehouse location to eBike inventory, and can be sent directly to consumers home/work address or directly to the VelectriX Stockist. In the case where a part or accessory is ordered at the same time as an eBike, the part or accessory will be delivered to the VelectriX Stockist, unless otherwise requested.
VelectriX only delivers products to mainland Australia.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours from when the order has been paid in full. We do not process any orders on public holidays or weekends. You will receive several emails from us, as well as from the VelectriX Stockist, at various stages, including: When your order has been confirmed, when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and when your order is ready to collect from the VelectriX stockist.
If you donโt receive any emails from us within 72 hours, from when you placed and paid for your order, please contact us at store@velectrix.com.au
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from when the order has been paid in full.
- We estimate 2-6 working days for your order to be delivered to the VelectriX Stockist, from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- The VelectriX Stockist will aim to have your order fully assembled, tested and ready to collect 2-5 days from the date they physically receive your order.
Delivery transit timeframes are at the mercy of the freight companies and VelectriX cannot be held responsible for any delays with delivery.
Freight Companies We Use
We use TNT for the majority of deliveries for eBike orders and Australia Post for the majority of eBike parts and accessories.
Insurance
eBike orders are insured for loss or damage when in transit from a VelectriX warehouse, to the time the order is delivered and received at the VelectriX Stockist.
Parts & accessory orders are not insured for loss or damage in transit.
