CANCELLATION
In the event that you cancel your order, there may be some associated charges and costs you should be aware of, depending at what stage you make the cancellation:
Order Confirmed, Paid & Not Dispatched
If your order hasnโt yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be entitled to a full refund, less any associated merchant fees that were paid by VelectriX as part of your payment.
Order Confirmed, Paid & Dispatched
If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been dispatched (collected by freight company from the VelectriX warehouse), the following costs, will be deducted from your refund:
- The freight cost to send your order to the VelectriX Stockist
- The freight cost to return your order to VelectriX warehouse
Order Confirmed, Paid, Dispatched & Assembled At Stockist
If you choose to cancel your order, and your order has been received and assembled at the VelectriX stockist, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:
- The freight cost to send your order to the VelectriX Stockist
- The freight cost to return your order to VelectriX warehouse
- $50 Assembly cost
REFUNDS, REPAIR, REPLACE
As a consumer you are protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and you may be entitled to a solution of a repair, replacement or refund if the goods donโt meet one of the basic rights. These are known as consumer guarantees. You have the right to the problem being fixed, a cancellation and partial or full refund if the goods received are not right. We can refund, repair or replace your goods, depending on the seriousness of the problem (Major or Minor Problem).
Major Problem
We consider a Major Problem, when the goods provided:
- Is very different from what was described to you
- Is deemed to be unsafe.
- Has either one or more serious problems that would stop someone from buying the goods if you knew about it beforehand
- Cannot be used for its normal purpose, or for a specific purpose you told us about and canโt easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
In the event of us agreeing that there is Major Problem, you can choose to cancel the order and receive a refund or receive a replacement.
Minor Problem
You ARE NOT entitled to a refund, when the goods have a Minor Problem. The VelectriX Stockist will fix the problem or repair the goods at no cost.
CHANGE OF MIND
You ARE NOT entitled to a replacement or refund if you received what you asked for and simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.
WRONG SIZE
You ARE NOT entitled to a refund, if you received what you asked for, but ordered the incorrect size. In this event, we can arrange for another size to be sent to the VelectriX Stockist, and the following associated charges and costs would apply to you:
- The freight cost to send your order to the VelectriX Stockist
- The freight cost to return your order to VelectriX warehouse
- $50 Assembly Cost
WARRANTY
Should a fault occur, after accepting and collecting your goods from the VelectriX Authorised Stockist, your goods will be covered by our WARRANTY and dealt with by VelectriX and the Authorised Stockist where you collected your goods from.
