Our lithium-ion battery bags are expertly developed to provide safe storage and containment of lithium-ion batteries. Designed and tested specifically to contain high temperature fires and drastically reduce the risks tied to overheating and thermal runaway, these bags provide a much safer way to charge, store, and transport lithium-ion eBike batteries (and more). 

Made from Silica fabric and coated in Hypalon, the bags also have fire-resistant stitching, webbing and Velcro. With a melting temperature of around 1700 degrees Celsius, they provide an effective barrier, slowing or fully containing fires caused by battery failures. Designed, tested and manufactured by industry experts TBA Protective Technologies.

When to use:

  • Charging your battery while not installed on your eBike
  • Storage of your battery during transport
  • General battery storage (not during transport or charging)
